Cancellation and Full Refund Eligibility:

• 1. 48-Hour Cancellation Window: Clients are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their training session within 48 hours (2 days) of making the full payment.
• 2. Method of Cancellation: To cancel a training session and request a refund, clients must notify Santorini Exim Trade in writing. The cancellation notice must be sent via email at drvikaskumarsingh23@gmail.com or a written letter to our registered office at C -132, NIRVANA COURTYARD ,SECTOR 50, GURGAON-122018,HARYANA to the attention of Dr Vikas Kumar Singh . The time stamp of the email or the date on the letter will be considered as the official cancellation time.
• 3. Processing Refunds: Once we receive your cancellation request, Santorini Exim Trade will process the full refund promptly, typically within 10 to 15 business days.
• 4. Refund Payment Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction, unless specified otherwise by the client.
• 5. Non-Refundable Scenario: Please be advised that cancellations made after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a refund. However, we may offer rescheduling options based on availability.
